Return Policy
Big Box of Razors has a 100% money back guarantee. Our policy lasts 30 days. We will not offer a full refund after 30 days have passed. We will refund a payment 5 days after we receive the fully intact returned item (minus up to five razors for the customer to try). If any razor packs have been opened and use, we cannot resell the product due to sanitary and health codes.
Late or Missing Refunds - (If Applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account for two business days.
Then contact your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
