The Future of Big Box of Razors: Innovations and Growth in 2026

2026 is going to be a year of wild growth, especially for a small company like Big Box of Razors. We've been open for 10 full years, started in 2015. And although we are currently a relatively small company, we have some exciting and aggressive ideas for 2026. 

Our razors are sold widely around the United States and in other countries through Shopify and Amazon. We have narrowed our product lines to Twin-Blade Black, Twin-Blade Blue, and six-blade Boa razors from supplying many colors and styles in the past. This is to focus on our top selling products so we can expand into new categories while staying profitable. Moving forward we will be selling Blue and Black disposable razors and our Green Boa cartridge razors. The BOA is by far the smoothest shave we have ever experienced, yet it is still catching on. Everyone who uses one is hooked, yet we still have slow growth in the cartridge razor space. We are making some room so we will also have some new additions in 2026. 

Celli Razor Additions

You will notice a Miami Razor Set made of custom handcrafted wood via a company called Imperium Razors based in the United States. This is going to dovetail with our plan to create high end Shaving Sets with incredible packaging, handcrafted razors, high end shaving cream, and which will fit our Boa Razor Cartridges. 

This at first seems to not align with our other products, the bulk commoditized razor, but we really want to stand out with our new additions and have a plan moving into the next decade to really expand this high-end and limited edition line of products. 

We will be releasing a smaller set of these razors in limited quantities every year. Each will be labeled with the year and completely customized. We have some exciting ideas in this space and I think we can really come up with a defining product in a new high-end razor brand industry. 

Marketing Additions: Redefining Engagement in the Grooming Space

AI is exploding onto the scene with many new developments on Shopify appearing at the end of 2025. Our focus is going to be with a new viral campaign around the Super Bowl LX. We have designed a few AI advertisements as test runs in the last year, but are really ramping up to expand this year. We have a new Big Box of Razors labs commercial coming on February 8th at the same time as the Super Bowl. A dig at Gillette Labs. 

In this era of viral content and AI, there is no reason a small company like Big Box of Razors could compete with a larger multinational like Gillette from simply a few well-timed viral ads. This is our plan, we have designed a completely new razor blade that will shock many. We plan to release this new product as a preorder around the Super Bowl. 

New Partnerships: Collaborating for a Broader Impact

Strategic partnerships will be a cornerstone of Big Box of Razors' strategy in 2026. We are currently working to onboard some large bulk razor gym customers and continuing to provide our quality bulk razors to businesses around the USA. 

3D Printed Razors: Customization Meets Cutting-Edge Technology

One of the most thrilling developments for Big Box of Razors in 2026 is the research and development of 3D printed razor products using partially biodegradable materials. There will be no 3D printed product launches this year, but we are actively investing in coming up with new simpler ways to shave, potentially with the ability to build your own razor without a manufacturer.

Sustainable Razors: Committing to a Greener Groom

Sustainability remains a core pillar for Big Box of Razors, and in 2026, we are changing our sustainable razor lineup. We are relaunching our trademarked brand Sustain Shave Club again toward the end of 2026. We will relaunch the site with more customized and less generic throwaway disposable and ecofriendly razors. We have discontinued the biodegradable disposable razor only for a limited time and plan to relaunch with a larger aggressive plan to build a customer base around the new brand. Look for SustainShaveClub.com to relaunch in the third quarter of the year.
